Join us on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 6:00 pm for an important presentation on HPV. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the United States. Most sexually active people will have HPV at some time in their lives. There is no cure for HPV, but there are treatments for the health problems that some types of HPV can cause, like genital warts and cervical cancer.

Bus transportation will be provided from the Kennedy Branch the day of the event. Registration is required for transportation. Please contact the library to put your name on the list. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.

Becoming a Member of the NBPL

Anyone who lives, goes to school, owns property, or is employed in North Bergen or Guttenberg, is entitled to a library card from the North Bergen Public Library.

A library card will be issued free of charge upon the presentation of two (2) acceptable forms of identification (driver's license, phone/electric bill, lease etc.) with a proof of residency.

A signature of a parent or guardian is required for children. The North Bergen library card will be honored in all Hudson County and BCCLS libraries for North Bergen residents however Guttenberg residents will have borrowing privileges in Hudson County libraries only.
