Join us at the Main Library on Wednesday, October 5th at 6:00 PM for the next installment of our Well-Being Wednesdays" series. In this seminar you will learn about memory loss and Alzheimer's Disease.

Memory loss that disrupts everyday life is not a normal part of aging. This seminar will explore the difference between normal age-related memory changes and abnormal changes that are associated with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, including some of the common warning signs. The Presentation also reviews the importance of receiving a thorough diagnostic evaluation when symptoms first arise, current treatment options, and research regarding healthy aging.
Bus transportation will be provided from the Kennedy Branch the day of the event. Please contact the library to put your name on the list. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.
